Update on Orders - 04/09/2026

Letter from the President of DBMetals
4/9/2026

Dear Valued Customers and Clients,

A few months ago, I wrote to you about the surge in demand we experienced after Christmas and the resulting delays that followed. At the time, we made the difficult decision to temporarily take listings offline so we could focus fully on fulfillment and work through the backlog without compromising quality.

Today, I’m happy to share that we are coming out of it.

As of now, roughly 95% of the retail order volume has been fulfilled, and we are finishing up the remaining orders from that wave. What was once a significant backlog has been reduced to just the final remnants, and our team is working hard to close that chapter completely.

I want to sincerely thank you for your patience throughout this process. We know delays are frustrating, and we do not take your understanding for granted. Your support gave us the room to do this the right way, with care, accuracy, and the level of attention your orders deserve.

This busy season tested our systems, our capacity, and our team. It also made one thing very clear, the demand for copper bullion is strong, and D.B.Metals needs to be ready for what comes next. We’ve learned a great deal from this stretch, and we are continuing to improve our workflows, strengthen our processes, and build toward a more scalable operation moving forward.

As we return to normal operations, we are rolling out more presale opportunities, however these are currently in limited supply. Once operations fully return to normal, prices will continue to come down and more designs will become available.

We’re excited to get back to serving you more fully and to do so with the improvements this experience pushed us to make. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service: Sales@dbmetals.com

Thank you again for your trust, your patience, and your continued business. We are incredibly grateful for your support, and we look forward to serving you again.

Sincerely,
Dakota Lane Bartell
